Refund policy
Return Policy and Process
All full-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with return sticker all in one piece, and in the original packaging to proceed with a return.

SALE items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges or refunds will only be issued once returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse.

Store credit requests are free to process and do not expire. These can be used toward anything on our site.

A $10 fee will be deducted from refunds to cover shipping and restocking.

Direct exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Items purchased with a discount code will be refunded at their proportionally discounted price.

Returns without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
International Returns: Returns on internationally shipped orders may take longer to process. Please note:

Authorization for our finance department to issue a refund

Allow up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method.
Should your refund not be processed within this time, please provide the tracking number to returns@thields.com.
